GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Status: Permanent
  • Schedule **DIFFERENT SHIFT ARE AVAILABLE**
    • ​​Overnights: 11:00 Pm – 7:00 Am Sunday – Thursday (5x 8hours)
    • Afternoons: 3:00 Pm – 11:00 Pm Monday – Friday (5x 8hours)
    • Weekends: 7:00 Am – 5:00 Pm Friday – Monday (4x 10hours)
  • Salary: starting $23.01
  • Premiums:
    • Freezer Premium: $1.00
    • Overnight Premium: $1.00
    • Afternoon premium: $0.65
  • Others:
    • Clothing provided on day 1
    • Forklift Operator Training provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the warehouse supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for :

  • Validate quantities and products received and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations;
  • Proceed to the customers’ merchandise unloading and loading;
  • Place the pallets on the shelves according to the information provided by the system;
  • Prepare customer orders using order picking and ensure quantity and compliance;
  • Respect warehouse policies, procedures, standards and regulations (OHS, BRCGS, HACCP, etc.);
  • Perform height work using the appropriate safety equipment (eg. look for a pallet in the pallet rack, pick up a fallen pallet, …);
  • Perform other related duties.

General skills

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma (asset);
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field;
  • Or equivalent work / study combination.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING

  • Ability to lift loads up to 30 kg (66lbs);
  • Ability to work in height Hold the forklift driving card (asset);
  • Intermediate computer skills ;
  • Availability to work on another shift when required;
  • Team Player and Punctual ;
  • Adopt safe behavior at work.
