What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?

As an IT Support Specialist, your primary mission will be to support technical operations and users across the company to ensure the smooth and efficient management of our IT systems and infrastructure. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to employees across Canada
  • Mentor and train level 1 and 2 support technicians
  • Participate in system maintenance and infrastructure updates
  • Contribute to system deployment and upgrade projects
  • Ensure high-quality technical and functional documentation
  • Handle emergency support requests and incident reporting
  • Maintain hardware and software inventories
  • Install, configure, and ensure the functionality of IT assets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in level 2 or 3 technical support
  • 1–3 years of experience as a system administrator or similar role
  • Experience supporting over 400 users in a multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure)
  • Skills in virtualization (VMWare) and networking (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of production or warehousing environments
  • Experience writing technical and user documentation
  • Application support experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for on-call emergency support (on a rotating basis)
  • Willingness to travel to other company locations across Canada as needed
