Certified in the BRC Global Standard for food safety, Congebec has a high level of competency in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), food safety and quality management systems.
Our commitment to food safety for consumers is a key factor in Congebec’s relationships with our customers, partners and suppliers. The BRC standard is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), a program that aims to harmonize global food safety standards with the support of the world’s largest food distributors and manufacturers.
