Under the supervision of the Regional People and Culture Leader – West, the incumbent will take on HR projects relating to internal & external job descriptions and internal documentation revisions.

General Information:

  • Status: Summer Student Position / Internship – May 15 – August 15
  • Schedule: Full Time, 30-40 hours per week
  • Location: Calgary Warehouse – 5500 72nd Avenue SE

Responsibilities:

Update job descriptions and maintain employee file documentation. Ensure all documents are accurately organized, easily accessible, and compliant with confidentiality and regulatory requirements. Data entry for ATS implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing studies in human resources, or a related field.
  • Any experience in the field is considered an advantage.
